The daughter of a Turkish-born, US Army physician, she grew-up in Italy and Germany. Louise graduated from Chatham University with degrees in Philosophy and French. She dedicated her working life to helping nonprofits achieve results and also spent time in front and in back of the house of several restaurants. Her current projects include a children’s book set in 17th century Kashmir and a novel set in Maine. When not at her desk writing, Louise is cooking, gardening and/or studying painting. She lives in Philadelphia and Owls Head, Maine.
